Rescheduling Policy

WMT CUSTOMERS RESCHEDULING POLICY


  • If you missed your scheduled tour date and have arrived on an alternative day with the intention of participating in the tour, please be advised that a rescheduling fee is mandatory. We kindly request that you contact our Customer Care team for precise instructions and guidance on the necessary procedures.
  • Rescheduling at no extra cost if request is made 8 days or more before the visit

 *Except reservations that include lunch, breakfast and dinner


  • Rescheduling less than 8 days to visit will be at 50% of the tour price if tickets for the tour cannot be modified , extended or reused.
  • Rescheduling less than 8 days to visit will be at 20% of the tour price if tickets for the tour can be modified or reused.
  • If the tour is a combo tour, and it involves some tickets that are modifiable and some that are not, the rescheduling fee will be between 20% and 50% depending on prices of the ticket. The percentage to be eventually charged as rescheduling fee would be communicated to you.
