Missed Eiffel Tour (PP)





Did you miss your Eiffel Tower Prepaid Tour?


Not to worry, you can reschedule your Eiffel Tower visit to a different day and time


Please follow the steps below;

  1. Your tickets have been sent ahead of time. Please check your email to confirm. If you haven't received them, kindly contact our Customer Care team at +33 176 266 676, and they will promptly send them to you.
  2. Please head to Entrance 2 of the Tower, which is conveniently located near our meeting point address: 13 Allee Paul Deschanel, 75007 Paris. Upon arrival, find the security check line and join it to scan your tickets.
  3. If you wish to reschedule to a different day,  please note that this will attract a rescheduling fee. Kindly contact our Customer Care team through the chatbot or email us directly at info@wondermeetsandtours.com for more information.

 Keep in mind that tickets are not transferable, they cannot be modified nor extended. Tickets are also not reusable.
