Did You Miss Your Louvre  Tour?

Not to worry, there's still a way out.

Please follow the steps below;

1. Note that your tickets have been sent to you 24 hours before the tour time and you can access them via the email address you provided. If you have not already downloaded your tickets, please check your mailboxand download it.
2. Your Louvre tickets are sent ahead of time. If you have not received yours, contact our Customer Care team immediately to rectify the situation.
3. When you get to the Louvre, locate the secret entrance. The secret entrance is located on either side of  the Arc de Triomphe in the Louvre. Present your e-ticket(s) at the Carrousel entrance of the Louvre Museum to gain access.
4. If you wish to reschedule your louvre visit to a different day, please note that this will attract a rescheduling fee. Kindly contact our Customer Care team through the chatbot or email us directly at info@wondermeetsandtours.com for more information.

Keep in mind that tickets are not transferable, they cannot be modified nor extended. Tickets are also not reusable.
