Please follow the steps below;

1. The first thing to do is to download the tickets we have already sent to you.
2. If you have not already downloaded your tickets, please check your mailbox, we already sent your tickets ahead of time. If you have not received your tickets, contact our Customer Care team immediately.
3. Directions to the boat cruise station is also included in the same email with your tickets. Please follow the directions to the boat cruise station. If you are driving, the address is Port de la Bordannais, 75507. The boat station is opposite the Eiffel Tower.
4. If you wish to reschedule your cruise to a different day, please note that this will attract a rescheduling fee. Kindly contact our Customer Care team through the chatbot or email us directly at info@wondermeetsandtours.com for more information.

Keep in mind that tickets are not transferable, they cannot be modified nor extended. Tickets are also not reusable
