Came up to second floor and shown the summit elevator then on your own enjoy the views at the top and back down at your own pace. Champagne Moët in souvenir plastic containers topped the experience as an extra. Expensive but a lovely treat. You could take this up to a year but we did it the same day. Lovely day out. The Tour at a Glance

First, we welcome you at the meeting point. The meeting point is an open area (not inside a building) very close to the Eiffel Tower, chosen specifically to make it easier for guests to move in. At our meeting point, our tour host receives you, checks you in and assigns a guide to you. Our guests are kindly advised to arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to the the tour start time as this affords you enough time to get to interact with your guide, ask questions, seek clarifications and prepare your expectations for this tour.

It's important to emphasize that the tour is specifically tailored to meet the needs and preferences of certain types of guests. It's also necessary to note that the standard tour of the Eiffel Tower does not come with a prepaid ticket. Summit Closure

It's worth noting for guests to be aware that the decision to make tickets to the summit available during their visit is entirely up to the discretion of the Eiffel Tower management. The summit may occasionally be closed for maintenance or security purposes, and the Tower may or may not provide either notice or explanation of the closure.  While certain guests would have preferred to get to the summit at the time of their visit, they are assured that the Eiffel Tower management is acting in everyone's best interest, as these decisions are to ensure the safety, security, and the overall pleasant experience of all visitors.

If the summit is closed during a guest's visit, the Guide Management Company will be informed of this closure, and guests will receive a 33% refund for the cost of their tickets. This refund will be automatically provided to guests, and they do not need to make any special request for it. The exact timeline for processing the refund will depend on each guest's bank regulations, but refunds will typically be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours.

"Tour guide Martina was informative, learned a bunch about the tower and it’s history, the summit was closed so we couldn't get to the top, you will need to wait for the guides to pick up the tickets at the office.
